Neighborhood whining

I'm living in a neighborhood of whiners. Cars get broken into, and they whine. People get robbed, and they whine. HELLO? Living in the city? STFU, whiners.

My whine? Whine did dumping trash on the parking strip and putting "free" signs on it become acceptable. It's trash. Freecycle it, fine. But don't leave it there for a month.
